本課程幫助學員建立兒少保護的基本觀念與事工倫理，認識跨文化宣教處境中可能出現的風險、界線與責任。學員將學習如何辨識不當互動與潛在危機，建立合宜的保護措施、通報意識與團隊問責文化，使宣教服事不只是有效，更是安全、尊重且值得信任的事奉。
This course helps participants develop a foundational understanding of child protection and ministry ethics, especially within cross-cultural mission contexts. Students will learn to recognize potential risks, inappropriate interactions, and boundary issues, while also developing appropriate safeguarding practices, reporting awareness, and a culture of team accountability. The goal is to ensure that mission service is not only effective, but also safe, respectful, and trustworthy.
